Fabtek, Lochgelly
A regeneration project of the Fabtek site in Lochgelly, delivering 45 modern social housing homes and two retail units on behalf of Kingdom Housing Association.
This development will help regenerate Lochgelly as a sustainable community by transforming a vacant gap site, strengthening the town centre’s urban fabric and delivering new, highly energy efficient homes that enhance the character of the area.
