This development, for Angus Housing Association, on the site of two former Dundee schools, offers a mix of 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes. Longhaugh comprises 32 new homes and St Lukes 42 new homes. The sites are separated by the new school access and playing fields.

The final phase in a regeneration project for Caledonia Housing Association providing 13 new affordable homes for rent. These high quality, energy efficient, modern homes have transformed the community and were designed for family living with private parking and both front and rear gardens.

GANNOCHY TRUST, PERTH

48 new affordable homes in line with Gannochy Trust’s vision to provide accommodation to improve health, accessibility and connectiveness for tenants with the flexibility to adapt as their circumstances change. This was in keeping with the ethos of the Trust's founder A K Bell.

The development provided 25 homes for Kingdom Housing Association and saw a mix of one-and-a-half houses and cottage flats together with bungalow wheelchair standard units. High efficiency boilers with gas saver, zoned heating system and Dmev ventilation assists in the drive to tackle fuel poverty.

BURRELTON PHASE 2, FORFAR

Constructed on behalf of Caledonia Housing Association, 12 two storey semi-detached homes for general needs tenants, sustainability features include timber from FSC accredited source, off-site fabrication, high efficiency boilers, low energy light fittings and photovoltaic panels.

This development consists of 8 brand new two and three bedroom bungalows located to the south of the village Dairsie. These highly energy efficient homes for social rent meet Housing for Varying Needs,
Secured by Design and Kingdom Housing Association's own design standards.

A phased redevelopment project, phase 1 provided 53 social rent, high quality homes designed to meet a range of existing housing needs and to meet community aspirations. This multi award winning regeneration  project was in collaboration with Kingdom Housing Association.

LAW VIEW, LEVEN

These 10 mid market rent units, on behalf of Kingdom Housing Association, are the affordable element of a larger mixed tenure site being developed by Campion Homes, providing 90 new homes for private sale on the east side of Leven, with views to the picturesque Largo Law.

DEVILLA, KINCARDINE

The final phase of the Kincardine High Flats regeneration, this development comprised of 22 two storey houses and achieved Secured by Design accreditation. A thermal efficiency review resulted in the development achieving silver standard level assisting in the drive to tackle fuel poverty.

A brownfield conversion site providing 30 mid-market rent flats for Fife Council. Sustainability features included FSC accredited timber, highly insulated envelope, off-site fabrication, closed panel timber frame, dedicated low energy light fittings and MVHR achieving bronze standard.

PATON STREET, DUNFERMLINE

On behalf of Kingdom Housing Association, Campion Homes constructed 22 brand new homes for social rent in the city of Dunfermline. The new homes are mostly semi-detached or short terrace properties with their own gardens and parking, to reflect what tenants have told us they prefer.

Close to local amenities, this development formed part of a wider development of 43 homes by Campion Homes. 9 new affordable homes with a mix of one and two bedroom cottage flats with private garden space and two bedroom houses on behalf of Kingdom Housing Association.

The transformation of the former Silver Tassie pub, Campion Homes constructed 6 brand new rented homes designed to meet the needs of the local community on behalf of Kingdom Housing Association, enhancing the area after the building was left derelict after a fire in 2011.

GOWANS TERRACE, PERTH

A mix of one and two storey houses and cottages, this development provided 25 new homes for Fairfield Housing Association in Perth as part of the Muirton Park regeneration project, bringing much needed affordable homes to an area where demand outstrips supply.

A mix of rental properties, this development of 66 homes on behalf of Kingdom Housing Association was designed on a fabric first approach supplemented by renewable technology and achieved Silver level, assisting in the drive to tackle fuel poverty.
