This development at Toll Road, Guardbridge is the second phase in the provision of 86 new homes on behalf of Kingdom Housing Association.

These new homes are highly efficient, energy rating B (81-81), and have achieved Secured by Design and Building Control’s full Silver Standard of sustainability.
