Campion Homes will construct 31 affordable rented homes for Abertay Housing Association.
The development will provide a mix of two and three bedroom houses, cottage flats and a wheelchair-accessible bungalow, with several homes designed to allow for future adaptation. A fabric first design approach, air source heat pumps and EV charging infrastructure will place sustainability at the heart of the project.
