Campion Homes were the main contractor in this project to provide new homes.

The project client was Kingdom Housing Association on behalf of Glen Housing Association. The latter Association then let the development to the Aberlour Trust providing respite and supported care.

The project provided three assisted living blocks comprising one 3 bed wheelchair home, one sheltered housing home, comprising five 1 bed homes and one 5 bed respite home.

Forming part of a wider established residential scheme, six new homes for social rent and two new homes to support the needs of the local community, these new homes were designed and built to assist children and young people and will provide residential short break service to disabled children.

The development provides a mix of high-quality, energy-efficient cottage flats and bungalows.
