Kingdom Initiatives and the University of St Andrews are working in partnership for the first time to deliver affordable housing for post graduate students and university staff.
The ‘university village’ will provide a mix of 61 houses and cottage flats for rent, with 14 of the properties being houses in multiple occupation.
Properties will range in size from 2 - 4 bedrooms and will feature a mix of semi-detached and two-storey houses plus two-storey blocks of cottage flats.
