Campion Homes has reaffirmed its deep rooted commitment to Crieff and the surrounding Perthshire area through long term sponsorships which support grassroots sport, events and local initiatives totalling over £17,000.

Central to this commitment is Campion Homes’ ongoing sponsorship of The Dornock Course at Crieff Golf Club, where sustained financial backing is helping strengthen grassroots participation in the sport. The investment, amounting to £7,000 over a three-year period, has provided new course furniture, enhancing visuals across the course and continued backing for the club’s junior section, creating a welcoming environment for young players taking their first steps in golf and for families enjoying the course together.

Anna McLean, Club General Manager at Crieff Golf Club, said: “Over the past year the financial support from Campion Homes has made a significant and visible difference to The Dornock Course. This transformation has not gone unnoticed. The improved experience has helped attract prestigious events such as the Faldo Future Series, further raising the profile of The Dornock within the wider golfing community. Importantly, the impact has also been felt at a grassroots level. We have seen a notable increase in junior membership, with more young players developing their game on The Dornock as a pathway to the main course. The enhanced environment has made the course more welcoming and enjoyable for all age groups.

“Thanks to Campion Homes’ support, The Dornock is now widely regarded as one of the best nine‑hole courses in the area. We are extremely grateful for their commitment, which has helped deliver lasting improvements and create a course we can all be proud of.”

Alongside its support for local sport, Campion Homes continues to champion Scottish culture through its sponsorship of the Highland Dancing competition at the Crieff Highland Gathering. For the third consecutive year, the company will proudly support the event on 17 August, helping young dancers showcase their talent, dedication and love of this traditional discipline on a national stage. Over the last four years, Campion Homes has provided over £8,000 in support for the Gathering which remains one of Crieff’s most cherished annual events.

Beyond these high profile partnerships, Campion Homes has also supported Strathearn Rifle Club by donating materials to assist in the refurbishment of its 50m and 100-yard ranges. The contribution has helped the volunteer run club move closer to completing a major upgrade and supports its growing membership.

The donation carries a personal connection, with Joint Managing Director Susan Jackson herself a Commonwealth medal‑winning rifle shooter, highlighting the company’s genuine understanding of and passion for grassroots sport.

“At Campion Homes, we’re passionate about supporting local organisations across Perthshire. Grassroots sport plays a vital role in building confidence, wellbeing and community spirit, and we’re proud to help create opportunities for young people and families to get involved. Our long‑term sponsorship of The Dornock Course at Crieff Golf Club and our work with Strathearn Rifle Club are fantastic examples of that commitment in action”

“Supporting Highland Dancing at Crieff Highland Gathering allows us to champion the heart and soul of Scottish culture while encouraging young people to participate in a tradition that is both athletic and artistic. It’s a celebration of talent, heritage and community that aligns perfectly with our values as a family run business.”

In addition to these high‑profile sponsorships, Campion Homes is also a long‑term supporter of Crieff Connexions’ Community Pantry, providing ongoing financial and food donations to help local families access essential supplies while reducing food waste.

Campion Homes is currently completing its Strathearn Gait development in Crieff, a popular community of high‑quality family homes that has proven highly successful locally, with just four homes now remaining. The development reflects the company’s commitment to creating well‑designed spaces that support family living and contribute positively to the surrounding community.

From promoting youth engagement and supporting grassroots sport to celebrating local heritage and enhancing food security, Campion Homes’ CSR programme continues to strengthen communities and deepen its connection to the places it builds.
