Campion Homes win at the Scottish Home Awards 2024

Its been an award winning year for Primrose Place, Alloa!

This stunning development has won the "Excellence In Accessibility & Inclusion" award at this year's Scottish Home Awards and we couldn't be more proud. In partnership with Kingdom Housing Association, this recognition highlights the talent and dedication of our teams who work together to deliver homes of the highest standard.

The Primrose Place development has transformed an unused site in Alloa town centre into a dementia friendly residential development designed to ensure residents can live independent lives for as long as possible.

Delivering 60 new homes, Campion Homes were the principal contractor on behalf of Kingdom Housing Association completing the development in 2023.

The building has already been awarded the 2022 Scotland’s Towns “Town Centre Living award”, and as part of the “Living Alloa” project, was the winner of the 2022 SURF awards in the “Improving Scotland’s Places” category.

Kingdom Housing Association also won the ‘Excellence in development for affordable housing' award at CIH Awards 2023 for this development.

The development also saw Campion Homes pick up yet another award at this year's Homes for Scotland awards winning the "Development of the Year - Medium" category.
