Station Court, Pittenweem
Campion Homes is the main contractors on behalf of Kingdom Housing Association to construct 29 affordable homes in the coastal village of Pittenweem, Fife.
This development will comprise of 2 - 5 bedroom homes, including wheelchair and amenity bungalows, and the housing mix and density proposed is commensurate with the demand criteria for the East Neuk and the local area with a greater emphasis placed on individual homes.
The design proposals involve the creation of a new transportation link into the proposed site from Station Court.
