Pitkerro Road, Dundee

Campion Homes will construct 21 new affordable homes on behalf of Angus Housing Association on the site of the former St Vincent’s Primary School located on Pitkerro Road in Dundee.

This development will comprise of a mixture of houses and cottage flats on the site made available for social rent, reducing waiting lists for special needs housing in the city. It will include a number of 2 & 3 bedroom homes and supported accommodation units suitable for wheelchair users.
