Pickletillum Inn

Located within the small rural settlement of Pickletillum, 8 mid-market rental properties for Kingdom Housing Association.

We were brought in and approached to value engineer a stalled project. With no gas in the area an air source heat pump solution provided heating to the new properties.

The remote foul sewer connection tracked through an area of high water table requiring well point dewatering to allow works to be carried out.

Delays were caused due to covid restrictions and work resumed under stringent control measures to enable us to conclude the project.
