Alloa Road, Tullibody

Campion Homes were successful through a competitive design and build tender for phase 1 of this development and then negotiated this second phase on Alloa Road.

With our involvement from initial concept, we led the Design Team in promoting a fabric first approach supplemented by renewable technology in the form of a MVHR system, zoned heating systems and energy
monitoring meters. This realised silver standard level of the Building Regulations assisting in the drive to tackle fuel poverty. With our involvement from the outset, we were able to realise a thermal strategy for
this phase which removed the need for photo voltaic panels.
