Caledonian School, Perth

Design and build project on behalf of Caledonia Housing Association, the renovation of listed building Caledonian School in Perth saw the disused building brought back to life.

The project involved the construction of a new common access flatted block within the playground
area and the refurbishment and conversion of the main school and annex buildings to form flatted accommodation.

The new build flatted block comprised 21nr flats over 3 and 4 storeys, the main school building comprised 24nr flats over 3 storeys and the annex 6nr flats over 2 storeys.
