We're thrilled to be one of three shortlisted as finalist for the Family Business Award at this year's Fife Business Awards on 16th May

From a team of 3 to a team of 145, including 28 staff who between them have over 400 combined years’ service, there is a very good reason why the family business, Campion Homes, has been building quality homes in Fife for more than 35 years.

Founded in 1989 by Peter Bell, Campion Homes has grown to become an award-winning leader in delivering high-quality homes of all tenures, that cater to the diverse needs of society. With over three decades of experience, Dunfermline-based Campion Homes has delivered over 3,300 homes across East Central Scotland, consistently delivering innovative solutions that enhance the well-being and livelihoods of residents. In 2017 Pete Bell assumed the role of Executive Chair when his daughter, Susan Jackson, was appointed as Joint Managing Director, alongside Dougie Herd. Susan joined the business in 2013, initially as Finance Director. Dougie has worked for Campion for 26 years, joining as a Site Manager and growing through the business as a Contracts Manager and subsequently Construction Director, before his appointment as Joint Managing Director.

We build with our hearts as well as with our heads and we respect each other as human beings. Trust, loyalty, and integrity is at the heart of our business, and this enables us to build close knit relationships with our partners, customers, and communities. Some business collaborations go as far back as thirty years, and this legacy contributes to our continued growth and success.
