Located in the Fife village of Leslie, Campion Homes completed 44 new high quality, affordable homes for social rent on behalf of Kingdom Housing Association. These sustainable homes were designed to meet housing needs in the local area.

The development features a range of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom family homes, alongside twelve bungalows designed to an amenity standard, supporting independent and accessible living. The development creates a new sustainable community with homes, gardens, courtyards and streets connecting out to the green backdrop of Fife’s Lomond Hills.

The new homes are designed with a strong placemaking ethos, incorporating spaces for gathering, sunlight, and seamless connectivity. A shared-surface public realm, featuring interconnected streets, courtyards, and amenity areas, has been created to reduce vehicle speeds and foster a pedestrian-friendly, safe, and attractive environment—helping to build a sustainable, vibrant community.

Well done to all the finalists today and congratulations to the winners.
