We are delighted to welcome our very first residents into their new homes at Pitcairn Gardens in Balmullo just in time for Christmas - a wonderful milestone for the team.

Pitcairn Gardens offers a collection of three and four bedroom homes designed to suit every stage of life from first-time buyers to growing families and those seeking a peaceful retreat.

It's been a brilliant year engaging with the local community in and around Balmullo where we have provided sponsorship for the Balmullo Gala Day and Balmullo Bowling Club and supported repairs to the entryway of the local Guide Hall.

We also took the opportunity to spread more festive cheer last week with a visit Balmullo Primary school where we provided a selection box for each child.
