For the second year running, we are winners in the 'Excellence in Accessibility & Inclusion' category for our Charleston, Dundee project.

The development, split over seven local brownfield gap sites, integrate with the existing urban dwellings, providing local residents with fully inclusive and accessible homes that are flexible and adaptable to suit their changing needs.

Site manager Gordon McLeod and Associate Director of Construction Kris Aitchison took to the stage to collect the Excellence in Accessibility and Inclusion award, the second year running Campion Homes have won in this category with Primrose Street, Alloa picking up the award last year.

Each home in this development has been specifically designed to be fully accessible, adaptable and to include a range of benefits to help people live independent lives. The properties have a range of additional benefits, including solar panels, rise and fall worktops and kitchen cupboards and Blackwood’s digital technology to assist independent living. Electrically operated sliding pocket doors aid circulation throughout the homes.

A huge well done to everyone involved in this project!
