Supporting the delivery of high-quality, small-scale affordable housing across the capital.

Campion Homes has secured a place on Lot 1.1 of the City of Edinburgh Council housing framework, which covers small-scale social housing developments of between 1 and 30 homes across the capital.

Since 1989, Campion Homes has delivered more than 3,000 affordable homes across East Central Scotland. This appointment enables the business to build on that legacy in Edinburgh, working in partnership with the Council to deliver high quality homes and support efforts to tackle homelessness.

Dougie Herd, Joint Managing Director at Campion Homes, said:

“It is down to the hard work of our team that we have been appointed to this framework. We have a strong track record of delivering high quality homes and look forward to working with the City of Edinburgh Council in the future.”

The appointment follows a successful period for the company, including being named Affordable Housing Provider of the Year in 2023, and receiving the Excellence in Accessibility & Inclusion Award at the Scottish Home Awards in both 2024 and 2025.
