Showcasing regeneration, partnership working and delivery of high-quality mid-market homes in Dunfermline.

We were delighted to welcome Màiri McAllan MSP, Cabinet Secretary for Housing, to our New City House development in Dunfermline.

During her visit, Joint Managing Directors Dougie Herd and Susan Jackson showcased this important regeneration project, which continues our longstanding partnership with Kingdom Housing Association. The development has transformed a former office building into 32 high quality homes for mid market rent, helping to meet local housing need while bringing new life back into the area.

Supported by £3.1 million of Scottish Government funding, New City House reflects a shared commitment to delivering sustainable, well designed homes that support strong, thriving communities and contribute positively to Scotland’s housing ambitions.
