Meigle Consultation
Welcome
Thank you for taking the time to find out about our proposals for the land at Forfar Road, Meigle. This land is allocated for housing development in the current Perth & Kinross Council Local Development Plan (site H69).

Campion Homes Limited are negotiating with the current landowner to acquire this site from them and intend to bring it forward for a development of new homes in early 2023.
To achieve that, a planning permission is required to be sought and, given the site is greater than 2ha and we hope to develop more than 50 homes, formal pre-application consultation is required to be undertaken.
This webpage, and a first engagement event hosted on 24 May 2022 (1400 – 1930), form the basis of the initial engagement activities. Our preliminary thoughts on the opportunities of, and potential for, this site are set out on the consultation boards for the May event that can be viewed below.
A follow-up engagement event was held on 21 June 2022. As part of that second event, we shared a draft site layout for comment.
If you have any thoughts on our draft proposals for a residential development on this site, please send these through to us at meigleconsultation@campionhomes.com by 15th July 2022.
