Pitlethie Road, Leuchars

Campion Homes is the main contractors on behalf of Kingdom Housing Association to construct 49 new homes in Leuchars.

This development is located to the east of Pitlethie Road, Leuchars. The first phase of the project will provide 49 units for social rent with a mix of cottage flats, houses and bungalows. These new homes will be highly energy efficient and will use net zero emission heating systems.
