New City House, Dunfermline

Campion Homes is the main contractors on behalf of Kingdom Housing Association to construct 32 new homes in Dunfermline.

New City House is an existing office block located in the city of Dunfermline and will be converted into 32 homes for mid market rent. A mix of highly energy efficient 2 and 3 bedroom apartments, the properties will benefit from a communal parking area, cycle store and close proximity to the city centre.
