Campion Homes will construct 44 new homes for Fife Council in the last phase of the Fraser Avenue regeneration project.
A mix of flats, amenity and wheelchair accessible bungalows, as well as a variety of two storey family homes and three storey townhouses, will provide modern living accommodation for tenants. These energy efficient homes will complete the transformation of the area replacing poor condition buildings with modern, quality and sustainable affordable housing.
