Evershed Drive, Dunfermline

Campion Homes is the main contractor on behalf of Fife Council to construct 40 new affordable flatted dwellings for sheltered housing needs.

This development is located centrally within the City of Dunfermline, south of Aberdour Road, and will provide high quality, affordable and sustainable homes to meet the needs of the local and wider area. It will feature one and two-bedroom flats, with thirteen specifically designed for wheelchair users.

All homes will have air source heating, sprinklers, and access to electric vehicle charging points and residents will benefit from private communal gardens and car park.
