Campion Homes was the design and build contractor on this affordable housing development on behalf of Fife Council.

This development of 30 new affordable homes comprises of a combination of family homes and amenity bungalows providing high quality, modern accommodation in the village of Springfield, Fife. Situated off Manse Road in Springfield and within close walking distance to the local shop, primary school and rail station, this site provides a high standard of energy efficient homes using modern gas heating and solar panels, achieving a gold sustainability award.
