Make it yours before someone beats you to it! Our reservation fee is £500* and this secures the property to allow you to conclude missives. Please bring with you your Solicitor’s details. If you do not have one, please do not worry, we have a panel of Solicitors for you to choose from.

Clear, concise information every step of the way! After you reserve, you will be required to attend a detailed reservation checklist meeting. This tells you everything you need to know to make an informed purchase. Please click through to read our Customer Charter which offers further information.

A major milestone in owning your home! This is the legal contract between you and Campion Homes. You will discuss the implications of this with your chosen Solicitor and usually this happens within 28 days of reservation.
