We selected three third year apprentices and would like to highlight their hard work and dedication. As this year’s focus is on skills potential, we spoke to them about the skills their apprenticeship has taught them for both work and general life.

Oliver Fleming - Carpentry and Joinery Apprentice: "I am really enjoying my apprenticeship as I am getting to work with a variety of different people on the job site and I am working with tradesmen that are willing to teach me the aspects of my job. I am then able to take in this information and carry out these jobs myself which is setting me up well for the future."
