Campion Homes are principal contractor on this housing project chosen to develop a model for independent living.

This project will provide a mix of 2 bedroom flats and 4 - 5 bedroom homes, packed with smart-tech and features to help people to live as independently as possible. These homes will be spread across nine separate gap sites providing logistical challenges.

All of the properties are based on the award-winning Blackwood House model and come with considered and sensitive design elements. Each home can be easily adapted to meet tenants future needs.
