Campion Homes Ltd was formed in 1989 and has grown steadily over its 34 years of operation. Building in both the affordable and private homes sectors, the Company has built an enviable reputation for delivering a high quality product on time and on budget. Embodying a partnering ethos, long before this was realised as a contract form, our non-adversarial and "solutions not problems" approach has led to a high level of repeat business.

In the affordable homes sector, with over 2,379 homes completed, over 175 units currently on site and nearly 400 units in pipeline projects, our expertise in the sector is well established.

Based in Dunfermline, with our multi-skilled in house team under one roof, our modern office is minutes from the M90 allowing ease of both internal communication and site access. Our flexibility means we can carry out a wide range of contract sizes from 6 to 100 + units.

We have successfully completed contracts using a variety of contract forms including Partnering, Design and Build and Traditional. In the Design and Build field, we have both identified sites and appointed design teams and also worked alongside a novated design team to further develop the design from planning stage. Irrespective of the contract form we believe, as referred to above, in a partnering ethos for the benefit of the contract, client and end user.

Our long term staff all have extensive experience of working within the affordable homes sector. All are used to working with Client Design Guides and are familiar with the requirements of Housing for Varying Needs and RoSPA.

UKAS accredited to ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001: 2018 where, in the last case, we were one of the first construction companies to achieve the new standard following its introduction. We are also Constructionline (nr 71728) and CHAS registered.
