Gauldry & Alloa Shortlisted in Homes For Scotland 2024 Awards

We are excited to announce two of our developments have been shortlisted in this year’s Homes for Scotland Awards in the “Development of the Year – Medium” category.

Gauldry, Fife - 30 Passivhaus accredited, and Net-Zero carbon homes set in a rural village setting.

Primrose Place, Alloa - 60 apartments designed for intergenerational living and to the highest level of dementia accreditation.

Both projects are in collaboration with Kingdom Housing Association and demonstrate that forward looking flexible design to cater for a variety of needs can be successfully realised with a genuine collaborative approach, involving expert input, and attention to detail.
