  • Our staff will be appropriately trained to assist in all aspects of the home buying process.
  • We will provide you with detailed information regarding the property we are selling you prior to you making a legally binding commitment to purchase.
  • We will ensure that the terms and conditions of the missives are clear and fair.
  • We will make your cancellation rights clear to you should you no longer wish to buy.
  • We will advise you of any health and safety precautions that must be adhered to when visiting a development site and if you are living on a development site where construction work is commencing or continuing.
  • We will provide you with regular updates regarding the construction of your new home.
  • At the handover of your property, we will demonstrate the functions and facilities of your new home and provide you with all the necessary guarantees and instruction leaflets.
  • We will provide you with login details to your personal Home User Guide, which contains guidance notes and details on your new home.
  • We will advise you of procedures regarding after sales and customer complaints and provide you with out of hours emergency contact details.
