Our 2019 Highlights

2019 has been a fantastic year at Campion Homes. Through all the hard work and effort of our team, we have managed to sustain the growth that we achieved over the previous year. Changes in personnel and a new IT system will assist in the efficiency of our business, allowing us to continue to provide quality homes in stunning locations throughout Fife.

2019 also marked our 30th anniversary. Founded in 1989, we are still proud to be a family-owned, Fife-based business. Early next year we will be celebrating with our team by hosting a spectacular evening of entertainment.

Other reasons to celebrate in 2019 include:

1. Developments completed at Hawthorn Bank and Laurel Bank

At Campion Homes we pride ourselves on developing beautiful homes in convenient locations. Hawthorn Bank in Dunfermline and Laurel Bank in Springfield offer residents spacious, stylish and comfortable homes within desirable developments. Both welcomed new residents in 2019, occupying the final available plots.

We also have limited plots available at Law View, in Leven, which are ideal for families and first time buyers.

2. Bryony Meadow

Bryony Meadow introduced a selection of exclusive bungalows in beautiful Dairsie, Fife. Only 15 minutes from St Andrews, with excellent links to nearby cities including Perth, Dundee and Edinburgh, this development has proved to be so popular, only one plot remains.

The Forsythia Showhome opened its doors in January 2019. Styled by designer Lara Cairney of Signature Interiors, it showcases the bungalows’ well-planned layout which offers a modern, spacious home for all prospective residents, including families and retirees.

3. Launch of the new Choices Suite at Dunfermline

One of the things that makes a Campion home special is the range of interior choices and upgrades available to accommodate a vast range of styles and tastes. Our extended menu of competitively priced upgrades and no-cost options allows our new home buyers to create a home that is truly their own.

In 2019, we were delighted to launch our exciting Choices Suite in Dunfermline. Here our customers can experience first-hand the fun process of making our house their home.

We will be taking a break over Christmas and New Year,  returning early January to continue developing stunning homes throughout Fife.
