Many of our customers who have reserved their new home with Campion Homes will be feeling a great deal of uncertainty during the coronavirus outbreak. We want to take this opportunity to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to support our customers during this time, whilst ensuring our staff’s safety and wellbeing.

Campion Homes has always been committed to maintaining transparent communication with our customers – the coronavirus pandemic does not alter that commitment. Our show homes have currently closed, but our team is working around the clock to ensure that we can continue to respond to your concerns and answer any questions you may have.

We want to reassure you that that as circumstances develop over the coming weeks, we will be reaching out to our customers to keep you updated. We will also keep this blog up to date, so if you have a question that we have not covered below, please get in touch and let us know.


Will coronavirus affect my move?

Yes, most upcoming moves will be affected by Covid-19. Construction has halted on all of our developments, to protect our contractors and construction crew. Although certain construction sites remain open throughout parts of the UK, at the time of publication, the government’s guidance outlines that only essential works should continue during this time.

This will mean that the completion of our new homes will be delayed, though we do not know how significant the delay will be at present.

We will be in touch with all of our customers when we know more about the situation. As soon as we can advise an adjusted timescale for our new home delivery, we will do so.  


Should I expect delays to my move-in date?

Yes, it is very likely that your move-in date will be delayed. As soon as we have more information, we will be in touch with existing customers to clarify the predicted length of delay.

We really appreciate the understanding that so many of our customers have already expressed. We hope that you will bear with us as we make preparations for construction work to recommence as soon as we are permitted to do so.


Is my new home still reserved with Campion Homes?

Yes, your home reservation with Campion Homes has not changed. We will honour the arrangements we have made with all of our existing customers.


The Campion Homes team continues to be here for you. Our offices are currently closed, but our team is working from home and we will continue to offer information and support.
