Helping first-time buyers get on the property ladder
Your dream Campion home could be more affordable than you think with the Scottish Government's 'First Home Fund'. Designed to assist first time buyers, this new plan could contribute up to £25,000 towards the cost of buying your property through a shared equity scheme.
You will need to have a 5% minimum deposit and the mortgage must be at least 25% of the purchase price. With no monthly repayments to make towards the Government contribution, or interest applied to this, you will own the property outright and will only be required to repay the Government when you sell the property.
Likewise, you can also purchase your Campion Home with the help of the Scottish Government’s ‘Help to Buy’ scheme, which was recently extended and will now run until March 2022.
The scheme is open to first time buyers and existing homeowners and helps you with up to 15% of the purchase price of a new build home.
