The Campion Homes team hope this message finds you and your loved ones safe and healthy.

As you would expect, we have been very focused on the developing Coronavirus situation, monitoring and assessing the latest information and Government guidance.

With every decision we have made in the past few weeks, the health of our clients, our team, subcontractors and wider society has been at the forefront of our thinking and we are committed to doing the right thing.

In line with the new Government guidance, we now have a responsibility to close our Sales Centres and Showhomes and to also bring to a close our construction activities in a safe and managed way. We will do this as quickly as possible. We have a duty to hand over homes to our clients who are relying on moving imminently to ensure they have a roof over their heads and a safe place for them and their families to stay during these challenging times. We also have a legal obligation to ensure our sites are safe and any structures are secure before we close our developments completely.

With great sadness we have to accept that this will impact a number of our incredibly important clients, as well as our partners, subcontractors and suppliers.

Our sales teams will now be working from home and will be available via phone and email. In the coming days, they will be in touch with our clients directly to discuss how their move may be affected.

We have an incredibly dedicated team at Campion Homes who give a huge amount of energy and passion to make what we do possible. We are confident that our team will help to guide our clients, colleagues and partners through the weeks ahead with care and compassion.

We are all on an unknown journey with Coronavirus and we must do everything we can to mitigate the spread of the virus. Our hearts and thoughts go out to the people who have been affected and we hugely value the healthcare workers and those on the front line working to contain the virus and keep us safe.

We thank you for your patience and understanding during this time of uncertainty.
